Join us for the 6th VanSCAD fundraising event, which will be held as our 5K run/walk in Vancouver on Friday afternoon 5 to 6:30pm Sep 6/2024 at Falsecreek (see map: Starting at Charleson Park waterfront, north of the Laurel Street Land Bridge). VanSCAD2022 Virtual Run/Walk/Bike Fundraising Event

Join us for the 4th VanSCAD fundraising event, which will be held virtually this year given the COVID-19 pandemic. This year you have the option of a virtual 5K run/walk or a 25K bike ride for fundraising for SCAD research. The virtual fundraise event will start on Feb11/2022, you can complete the virtual run/walk/bike event till Mar21/2022 at your convenience. Help us reach the goal to support SCAD research!

VanSCAD2021 Virtual Run/Walk/Bike Fundraising Event

Join us for the 3rd VanSCAD fundraising event, which will be held virtually this year given the COVID-19 pandemic. This year you have the option of a virtual 5K run/walk or a 25K bike ride for fundraising for SCAD research. The virtual fundraise event will start following the VanSCAD2021 virtual conference on Jan31/2021. You can complete the virtual run/walk/bike event over a one month period till Feb28/2021 at your convenience. Registrants who complete the event will receive a VanSCAD face mask. Help us reach the goal to support SCAD research!

Aug 31/2019 3-6pm: 5k run/walk at Jericho beach, Vancouver

The VGH SCAD team will be hosting an estimated 200 participants at its first SCAD 5km walk/run on Saturday, Aug 31, 2019 along Jericho beach, upon the conclusion of the Vancouver SCAD Conference. Our goal is to raise awareness about SCAD and to generate funds to increase enrollment in the Canadian SCAD Study and for long-term follow-up. Our overall fundraising goal is $100,000 and we invite you to join us with this fundraising event to help us reach our goal, and improve our understanding of SCAD and the lives of SCAD survivors.
